Download the application form (doc. format) and waiver form, send the forms and deposit ($100) to the contest manager.

All applicants must be registered before arriving at Parowan. The means sending in an application form, deposit, copies of insurance, pilot’s license, and SSA membership. If the dates for SSA membership and insurance don’t cover the contest, send them in when they are current.
